Airo Mechanical is currently accepting resumes for Service Technicians and Multi-Family Superintendents for HVAC and Plumbing trades in the following markets:
2 years of industry experience required. Must possess strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Keeping project on schedule
- Critiquing material lists
- Ordering and managing material
- Managing crews to stay on task and schedule
- Attend job site meetings
- Able to read blueprints
- Ensure inspections are passed
- Take care of all reports required on the project
- Must be comfortable with using technology
The candidate is regularly required to sit, stand, stoop, lift, walk up and down stairs for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability fo focus. Must maintain professional appearance and attitude.
